Joshua Weiss

Joshua already worked for de la cruz beranek Rechtsanwälte AG as a student during his studies, which sparked his interest in data protection and IT law. After completing his bilingual bachelor’s degree in Fribourg with a specialization in European law, he decided to pursue a double degree master’s degree at the University of Zurich (MLaw UZH) and King’s College London (LL.M. in the Intellectual Property & Information Law pathway). After completing his studies, Joshua honed his skills at the Limmattal-Albis public prosecutor’s office, a Zug law firm and the Cantonal Court of Zug before joining HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte AG as a lawyer in August 2024.
