Federal council adopts dispatch on Swiss e-ID Act
With the new e-ID, users will be able to identify themselves digitally securely, quickly and easily in future with the best possible data protection.

Monika Abt discovered her affinity for business law topics in areas such as antitrust and competition law, intellectual property law or data protection law already during her studies of law with her masters in “Competition & Regulation” at the University of Lucerne. She deepened and broadened her knowledge during her mobility semester at the University of Neuchâtel in French.
After her studies, she gained first professional experience at the Secretariat of the Competition Commission (COMCO), first as a legal intern and then as a research assistant. Monika is part of the team at HÄRTING Attorneys at Law in Zug as a substitute since the beginning of 2023.
