Lydia worked as a ReNo at HÄRTING from 2004 to 2022. She completed her training here and is therefore one of our in-house trainees. She has been working in management with us since 2022. Lydia also takes care of human resources, event organisation, social media and much more. Lydia is indispensable for HÄRTING, and not just because of her many years of experience and her wide range of tasks.
