Support for the development of two market places

We currently advise several companies on their platform projects. Two of these cases involve antitrust issues arising from the fact that the marketplace operator is also a trader itself. The second case concerns the contractual relationship between the platform operator and the dealer on the one hand and the dealer and end customer on the other.

AEB for multi-channel dealers

For a traditional fashion company that sells its products through many channels, we have fundamentally revised the purchasing conditions and adapted them to the modern world. We also accompanied the introduction of a Code of Conduct.

Internet legal support for an insurance group

We are currently supporting an insurance group in complying with the legal requirements of websites and social media appearances. We have carried out a legal review of a typical selection of websites and landing pages and provided concrete indications of the need for adaptation.
