Whilst studying law at the University of Zurich, Olivia Boccali already specialised in IT, IP and ICT law. She gained practical experience as a research assistant at a Zurich-based boutique law firm specialising in media, communications and entertainment law, and as a legal adviser at an advice centre for asylum seekers. Following her legal clerkship at a Zurich court and her legal internship at de la cruz beranek Rechtsanwälte AG, she has been working at HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte AG since June 2021 – initially as a legal assistant and, since December 2025, as a lawyer.
In parallel, Olivia Boccali has been involved in the Schlieren Municipal Council since 2019, having previously served as its President. She contributes her enthusiasm for legal and planning issues to the Commission for the Revision of the Building and Zoning Regulations, amongst other roles.
