Ramin Forudastan, LL.M.

Ramin Forudastan is from Cologne and joined the litigation team at HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte in 2026. He studied law at the University of Münster, specialising in media and communications law, and worked at the Institute for Information, Telecommunications and Media Law whilst studying. He subsequently worked as a research assistant at a medium-sized media law firm and volunteered as a board member of the Refugee Law Clinic Cologne.

From 2022 to 2023, he completed an LL.M. at the Católica Global School of Law, specialising in comparative European law and digital media law.

During his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, Ramin worked, amongst other places, at the production company bildundtonfabrik, the German Federal Film Board and a renowned international commercial law firm.

In his spare time, Ramin enjoys playing chess and doing sport.
