In this way, it should be possible to terminate contracts at any time and without further notice. Agreed periods of notice are not valid and can only be used for the calculation of claims for damages (terminating at untimely notice, Art. 404 para. 2 CO).
Announcers and suppliers / consultants must therefore continue to have to deal with uncertainties regarding their cooperation and cannot agree on orderly exit scenarios.
