Fabian Reinholz

Fabian Reinholz is a Berliner, born in 1969. After graduating from high school (1989), he first completed a bank apprenticeship and graduated in law from the Free University of Berlin in 1996. He then completed his legal clerkship at the Court of Appeal with a stay abroad in St. Petersburg, Florida. Reinholz qualified as a lawyer in the middle of 2000 and has been a lawyer and partner at HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte since 2001. As a lawyer specialising in intellectual property rights, he is an expert on questions of trademark, copyright and competition law. He also advises on and is involved in sports law, where he is active as a blogger and podcaster.
