  • Niko Härting, is the founder of HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte. Among other things, he is a member of the Information Law Committee of the German Bar Association, a permanent contributor to the journals IT- und IP-Rechtsberater as well as Kommunikation & Recht, a member of the editorial board of Computer und Recht and editor of the journal PinG – Privacy in Germany. Since 2012, he has been an honorary professor at the University of Applied Sciences and has been a lecturer to the Free University Berlin.
  • Nicole Beranek Zanon (Moderator), is one of the top lawyers in privacy in Switzerland, she holds a bilingual degree, European Law predicate, Exec. MBA HSG, she was founding partner of de la cruz Beranek Rechtsanwälte AG, an information communication and technology law boutique law firm and since June 2021 managing partner of HÄRTING Schweiz AG.
